New York Times Headline: Retailers Track Employee Thefts in Vast Databases

With employee theft at an all-time high, retailers are working together to keep thieving employees from ever being able to work in the industry again. Through databases shared by many retail stores, employers are hoping to lower the almost 15 billion dollar loss due to employee theft from 2011.

New York Times Headline: North Korea Blocks Workers From South at the Border

As South Koreans tried to go to work at a jointly operated industrial park, they found the border was blocked and they had no way to get through. This block is due to the UN sanctions and the military drills the U.S. and South Korea have been doing as of late.
